Training Pathways for Facilitators, Coaches & Team Leaders

Liberation Lab offers two complementary learning pathways for people who already work with groups and want to deepen their capacity to navigate complexity with care, clarity, and ethical responsibility. These offerings are designed for facilitators, coaches, educators, organizers, and team leaders who have experience holding group spaces and are ready to refine their stance, strengthen their discernment, and work more skillfully with emotion, power, and relational dynamics. Whether you are seeking a grounded foundation or a more immersive practice environment, Liberation Lab supports practitioners committed to personal, relational, and systemic transformation.

1. Fundamentals Course

March 2026 - Starting first week of March or once group is full

 A grounding introduction to the core capacities every facilitator needs:

  • personal self-awareness and emotional regulation

  • interpersonal and communication skills

  • group process fundamentals

  • trauma-informed practice

  • systemic and power analysis
     

Participants gain a shared language and a strong ethical foundation for working with individuals, teams, and communities.

Pilot cohort -

6 week course, 12 hours

8 to 12 person cohort

$600 Standard / $700 Sustaining (pay it forward)

This course is priced to support a small cohort, careful facilitation, and the time required to work with complexity responsibly. It reflects the value of ethical process and discernment, not techniques, credentials, or promised outcomes.

2. Practice & Training Lab

 A hands-on, experiential space for practitioners ready to deepen their craft.
Through guided facilitation exercises, real-time feedback, somatic and relational practice, and engagement with live group process, participants learn to:

  • track complex intra- and interpersonal dynamics

  • navigate conflict and emergence

  • work with trauma, identity, and power skillfully design and hold transformative experiences


The Lab is ideal for people who already have the basics and want to embody the work at a deeper level.
